Chicken & Fish Bundle with Taste of States Cookbook

I was really happy to order the spice bundle with the book . I especially love the chicken and fish blend, it’s very lemony and delicious. I have picked out a few of the recipes to try and I love the pictures!

Intriguing recipes, great photography, love the tips that are included with a lot of the recipes. It feels personalized and cozy.

I'm so glad I bought this cookbook. I used it when we went on our National Park trip through Utah. It was nice to have good meals pre-planned while we were Rving through these beautiful National Parks! They were easy to prepare and cook - very tasty too!

Even though I'm not an RV traveler, I was still interested in some of the recipes and combinations of your vegetable bowls. This is how I like to eat -- healthy and easy to assemble. I went on the Mediterranean diet eight years ago to ward off the threat of diabetes, which runs in my family. I was pre-diabetic for years and finally won the battle by changing the way I eat. I just wish I had the energy that you both have! I'm 80 years old (everyone says I don't look or act like it) and celebrated in Vegas with a friend of 55 years.

We’ve been following KYD for a while and get so many great tips and ideas from your videos. We’re hitting the road full time next December and thought we’d give the cookbook and spices a try and they didn’t disappoint!

LOVE the cookbook! I’m not a cookbook connoisseur but this book is very well written and documented. Recipes are very easy to follow and understand. The side stories that are with the recipes are a nice touch. Then there is the seasonings. delish! Haven’t tried the sweet heat yet but all the others are great on so many different kinds of dishes. My absolute favorite is the go to garlic salt with the black garlic in it. Love this with avocado toast. Thank you Tricia and Leach family!

I loved the cookbook because of the ease of the recipes that generated such great taste. I then ordered the book and spice combo for both of my 20-something sons, who both enjoy cooking and are just beginning their culinary journey.

Received my lovely cook book and spices, unfortunately I’m from Canada and our border charged me an additional $40 in fees, I’m guessing because of the spices. I appreciate the effort KYD made to lower the shipping costs to Canada but I would be cautious, if Canadian, to order the spices. I love the spices so I will figure a plan when I need to replenish! Love all of it- it’s only money and you can’t take it with ya

It has taken me a bit to write a review. I prefer to use the product prior to reviewing it. I have a new go to spice! Actually 2! Your go to garlic is one of my new favorites! I have used it on just about everything! Perfect on pork chops and roasted potatoes or sweet potato fries! My other spice that you introduced me to is herbes de Provence. I made the puff pastry pot pie and it was incredible! I can't wait to try many more of your recipes! Thank you!

Love the cookbook. Even though I haven’t made any of the recipes yet, I’ve read it cover to cover and have many bookmarked to try. I love the tips and variation suggestions too. The spice blends are delicious. I’ve used them on chicken and salmon; and also made tacos with ground Turkey and the jalapeño taco blend - perfection (chef’s kiss)

Gave this to my mom for Mother’s Day! She LOVED it! The book is gorgeous, full of pictures and recipes, very well made. Haven’t tasted the seasonings for myself, but I know they have to be good. Trish and Marc have inspired my parents and my husband and I to RV travel. Everything they do is top notch.

I purchased this for my wife for Mother's Day. Needless to say she got it early. We have been thrilled with all of the blends! The biggest surprise was the Sweet Heat sample that was included. Absolutely delicious! We will definitely be reordering!

Love the photos in cookbook, seasonings are great, haven't made anything in the cookbook yet but plan to do so soon. What a beautiful cookbook: the photos and stories are truly inspiring. As someone dreaming about spending more time RV traveling but still wanting to cook satisfying and healthy (without breaking the budget), this set is a great present to myself. It's so helpful to know what kitchen tools to start with and to be encouraged to use ingredients that I have on hand. Will be working through the wide variety of recipes in the next few months. My set of three spice blends, and the Sweet Heat sample, are front and center on our kitchen counter. I'm already finding they can cover a full array of flavors quickly in my daily cooking. This is going to be super convenient for camping cooking!

Lots of great recipes to try. Directions are clear, concise, and easily followed by most anyone.

This was a Christmas present for my SIL. Even though I came after Christmas, she is very happy to have received it and can’t wait to try some of the recipes. Sadly, I’m in WV and she is in AL so I won’t be able to try the recipes.
