Your BBQ (Meat) and Chile spice (fish and chicken) are my favorites, i usually order two at a time since i go thru them pretty fast. Keep up the good work on spices, will be ordering your Jalapeno spice soon to give it a try.

This is my favorite for beef. We dry rub prime rib and smoke it. Also burgers I mix in the meat before making patties, steaks also

I had purchased Tricia’s spices a couple of times in the past. I absolutely love them all. The last time we used them my SIL/DIL were visiting. They loved this bourbon BBQ so I had that and the sweet heat sent to them. They are so happy. You can use these blends as one spice and don’t have to worry about mixing spices to get just that right flavor for any kind of protein. Love them!

Using your seasoning(s) when cooking beef, chicken or whatever is exceptionally better because of the flavor it produces. Would send pics also but we eat it all before I remember to snap one lol Very please with your product.

Love the taste and convenience of these spices. I can't keep a large selection of spices in my small RV, so I bring these along and my family loves them.

I was so sad when I used the last of my fav, Pecan Coffee (besides the Sweet Heat). So I was very skeptical about trying Bourbon BBQ. But I needed a replacement, so bought the small size. Boy was I wrong about the Bourbon BBQ - it has just enough bbq flavor(sweet/salty) along with the garlic/onion and pepper to tenderize steaks & pork chops. For those that don't like a smoky taste this is perfect. The bourbon flavor is not strong at all. It works well on a lesser expensive cut of beef, and really tenderizes it. I have the larger container for home and the smaller one fits perfect in my drawer of spices in our trailer. I do miss the Pecan Coffee and I wish it will return. It would be nice to have both to choose from when traveling. It is a quick and easy way to season dinner. A winner in this household, wherever we are home or away.

Love this blend of seasoning. Goes well on steaks, burgers. Roasts, use it when I smoke meats. And combine with other seasoning.

I really enjoy putting this on our steaks and on ahi tuna seared it was delicious, miss the coffee rub you guys had at the beginning, i know you replaced it with this seasoning and i really like this one but also enjoyed the coffee rub.

We really enjoy this new creation of Tricia’s. Bourbon is my favorite spirit, so that flavor (no alcohol added, just the flavor of the bourbon) with grilled meats is just wonderful. Put it on a pork tenderloin or chicken thighs and grill, super yum!

We use this almost as much as sweet heat (several times a week) . We really loved the pecan coffee better but it’s still super good! A couple years ago we bought a bunch for our families too.

We loved the blend. Everyone liked it in my house and i didn't add anything else. Only negative was packaging. Liked how the blends came in the flat round case and could stack on top of each one. The new uprighr circular is harder to store in our small space.

We love all of your seasonings!!! They are amazing and I will continue to reorder them I do have to say, we would really love to see the Pecan Coffee available again, we are very sad that it isn’t on your site for ordering anymore!!

Love this new blend! Used on beef short ribs in the slow cooker. A sure winner!

This flavor is Huge, yet subtle. When grilling or baking it caramelizes beautifully. A very sweet BBQ flavor. I really love this!

This is my third order of Tricia’s spice blends. I am an avid home cook and use lots of spices. I now find that Tricia’s spices are my everyday go to! They get their own container in my spice drawer. I also have a complete set in our Travel Trailer. I love the new Bourbon BBQ blends on roasted potatoes! I love the blends as they make daily cooking a breeze. I wasn’t sure about the new jar design because I loved the original open jar design but the new one is a thumbs up. Thanks Tricia! Looking forward to some new recipes.
