My package got rerouted for some reason! You helped me get it back to the correct location, thank you. We love the first book, our favorites are a lot but we love the apples and the mushroom pasta! We see lots we want to make in the second book, just have not cook anything yet. We have a small portfolio of homes that we fix up, manage ourselves and keep to rent out, we love it, so currently we are up to our eyes with renovations. Your recipes are delicious! I discovered your Keep Your Daydream YouTube channel while I was literally in an immobility full leg brace from taking my small granddog down a 4 step pool ladder the wrong way and slipped causing a crushed tibia plateau. I saved my granddog! Her little face stayed above water while I braced my legs landing solid hence the crushed tibia plateau! Had I just floated easily in the water my legs would be fine! But my granddog would have gone under water and she is a timid rescue. Hence, never go down a pool ladder facing the wrong way! However, I found your channel for RV’ing and cooking while being absolutely stationary and a bit bonkers not being able to move! My husband and I are 66 and we want to travel. I love cooking; he is ready to retire a bit from our company owned business. You two have lit a fire in our hearts to travel and I can’t wait to cook more from your books! Your spices are absolutely delicious and so versatile! I am loving them all on roasted chickpeas and omelets! Soon, when I’m walking a bit more, I will be cooking more from your books! The two of you are infectious and contagious in such a beautiful way! Thank you for saving my sanity during a difficult physical time and for igniting a fire of what’s next for us in the future! I'm not real sure how to use spices in recipes, since recipes already includes spices

My husband took pictures of my unboxing as he knew how excited I was to receive your book and a set of seasonings, of which I used THAT NIGHT! Thanks Trish, and Marc too for all the inspiration and knowledge. My husband and I just retired this summer and have a new to us Class C we purchased April 2024 for camping, and traveling and staying in Florida, January and February. I’ve made several recipes already and love them. The spice blends are unique and tasty!

What I like best iisthat the recipes are easy to follow. I purchased the spices for this book as well and it made making the meal so much faster and easier. But, most of all full of flavor! And easy peasy!

I forgot to video the end result but believe me, it was fantastic!! I absolutely love the flavors on the pork roast! We used this meat for tacos with a spicy coleslaw and feta, a main meat with sautéed vegetables, over riced cauliflower and chopped finely in eggs with feta! By the way I decided to try the lemon herb in the rice cauliflower plus I added some lemon zest. So good!! I have tried all of the seasonings and love them all! I especially love that everything is in there! No need to add additional salt or pepper! I will be purchasing these again!! Thanks Trish!!

The book and spices have been a great addition to our camper! The blends are all amazing, and make adding quick flavor so easy! Sweet heat, garlic, and lemon pepper are favorites!

My husband and I have just gotten started using Tricia's spice blends and recipes! We've found that they are very flavorful without being over powering so that I can be a more generous using them. We have used the "Go to Garlic" on Brussel sprouts as well as broccoli and thought it was great. I bought a roasted chicken and pulled all the meat and put it in the crock pot. Then I roasted onions and peppers to add to it. I used the "Jalapeno Taco" seasoning on it, and let it simmer for a couple hours. It was a delicious chicken taco/fajita meal in my small kitchen. "Sweet Heat" was a big hit on pork chops and we absolutely love "Bourbon Barbecue." We used the "Lemon Herb" on chicken breasts and it was delicious. The cookbook is absolutely beautiful and practical for cooking in our RV. I can't wait to try more of the recipes over the summer on our travels and plan to continue watching KYD.

The pictures literally make my mouth water! There are definitely amazing recipes but a bit of a swing and a miss for my young kids. I’m looking forward to your next cookbook that is comfort food-based….maybe book #3 could be family friendly for picky eaters . My family and I enjoy ALL of the content you and your family put out. I NEVER thought I’d be an RV owner, but am quickly turning in to an enthusiast!

This book is just perfect to cook not only in RV's but truly small spaces, or even in large spaces - I appreciate the candid and "realness" of how they are presented - I bought this because I do follow them on socials, but I really do like how they value healthy lifestyles, which of course includes food and all cooking methods/ingredients/etc. And to have tasteful recipes combined with simple preparation in a concise, easy-to-follow format for people like me that love to cook but can get easily overwhelmed - it is just a great book that YES is worth the price tag. You do get what you pay for here - and the value is everything from the photos, information, off-topic but still recipe related helpful hints, humor, and the final product of the food - I enjoy it all!

We’ve only used the jalapeño taco seasoning so far and it is fantastic! We’ve eyed up a few recipes in the cookbook we plan on trying in the next few weeks!

I haven’t used the spices yet but love the fact of the ingredients are natural and flake salt is used. I have made the roasted corn salad and it was a huge hit with my husband and I. Can’t wait to try more!

Used two or three of the recipes and loved them. Used the taco seasoning on Beef tacos from your live on Beef tacos! Awesome!

The Cookbook is so GREAT !! The recipes are very easy to follow, with minimum ingredients - most of which you already have in your kitchen. The pictures show you exactly what you are making & the "Cook's note" & "Pro-tips" are very useful. I look forward to trying all the spice blends - I've tried the Sweet Heat & it is fantastic. I'd highly recommend this Cookbook/Spice blend combo.

Plenty of clear photos printed on excellent quality paper. So far 2 recipes done and already eaten so no pictures yet. Very tasty recipes new flavors Have used 2 of seasoning blends both improved flavor of dish immensely

We love all the seasonings! We have really enjoyed the Sweet Heat seasoning on our breakfast potatoes. The kids love the taco seasoning! It's the perfect spice level for them, I even ordered extra beef last time because with this seasoning they are eating so much more! And Go-To Garlic salt is the perfect name, it truly has been my Go-To seasoning for me! Great job and keep them coming! (We would love to see a cinnamon, sugar, vanilla blend!)

Arghh! We’re on the road again. This time Portland to Southern Utah and I left the book at home!!! So frustrating. I do have a few of the recipes jotted down though and they’ve been tested. Very yum. I have the spices so I guess I’ll just have to suffer and experiment with them.

I haven’t, unfortunately, used any of the spices or made anything yet! But thats only because I left your book and the spices in our Airstream and it is in storage until we take it out in a couple of weeks.
